This is so good. I wish I would have posted it first! I am often asked to recommend sustainability training programs for lawyers. I learned on the job. I don't really know any. This always feels like an unsatisfactory answer. Now I know a better way!
There aren't really any! There are programs for non-lawyers that lawyers can do, but I'm a huge proponent of on the job sustainability training, especially because the skills that are needed are so different depending on what area of sustainability you focus on. I came up with this framework because I ALWAYS get asked this to, and I just think it's the wrong question.
